La carrera tenía que disputarse en Arabia Saudí a finales de marzo. Las autoridades dicen que pronto se anunciará una nueva fecha hacia fin de año.

Following consultation with the relevant authorities, Super League Triathlon NEOM 2020: The Opener has been postponed due to the ongoing global issues surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
The event will be rearranged with a new date towards the end of the year to be confirmed shortly.
The decision has been taken to protect the safety of athletes and staff and to ensure that a successful event can still be held.
